Here at Pendle Engineering we are committed to developing all our staff, helping them to achieve their goals by providing them with the skills they need to give a great level of service to our customers.
Ten colleagues have recently completed an NVQ in team leading. Starting in January 2014, this qualification aimed to build on their skills and empower staff to be leaders for the company.
Part of the training also included a Key Skills qualification in Maths, English and ICT. This ties in wth our company ethos of QSV – Quality, Service and Value – and has been a rewarding experience for all involved.
